Open Mind, Open Heart with Contemplative Yoga
Six Sessions per Series on Wednesdays from 6:30 pm –8:00 pm

Research is confirming something we know experientially. The electronic tools we use to navigate life and the rapid pace of our days distort our sense of self and sometimes leave us bone deep tired.
Each six sessions combines several aspects of yoga including postures (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama), chant (mantra) and meditation. It’s a refreshing way to reconnect with the core of who we truly are, inviting the self-awareness that opens our hearts and minds. Come to stretch your body, quiet your mind, and release the stresses of daily life. Bring your yoga mat and water bottle.
These 90-minute sessions provide a more spacious experience than the standard hour long format. Registration for series 1 (6 sessions) is $96 when payment is received by January 14; $110 thereafter.
Payment for each series is due prior to the first session in that series.
Can’t make all the sessions? We are now offering a 10 session punch card for our 2019 Winter/Spring semester for $160 when payment is received by January 14, $185 for later registrations to give you options. Additional sessions may be purchased.
