Yoga and Meditation Series I F 2018
Six Sessions per Series on Mondays September 10 thru October 15 from 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm; Facilitated by Mary Beth Thomas; Each session combines several aspects of yoga including postures (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama), chant (mantra) and meditation.
